Say Hello to the Snowy Animals by Ian Whybrow and Ed Eaves
This is a very cute book, the touch and feel flocking throughout the book is great for interactivity - I'm not sure how effective it would be for outlining/forming shapes for sight impairement.
Its narrative has brilliantly direct, rhyming keywords and looks at greetings, saying hello, replying and ends with Husky - the main character saying goodbye to everyone.
