its a reflective account, any ideas what kind of examples to use??

Communicate clearly with team members and
others, making sure that they have the information they need?
Respond to differences of opinion and conflict constructively?
Identify and suggest ways in which the team could improve its work, challenging existing practice where necessary?

not looking at an essay as the boxes i need to fill with my examples are tiny! much thanks

Communicate clearly with team members and others, making sure that they have the information they need- think of a time you have handed over to another member of staff, and informed them of what the child has done in the day, what they have eaten, etc.

Respond to differences of opinion and conflict constructively- have you dealt with a difficult parent, or had a disagreement with a member of staff, if so write what happened and how you dealt with it.

Identify and suggest ways in which the team could improve its work, challenging existing practice where necessary- have you made any suggestions to how to deal with a challenging child, or suggested a change in routine, or made any adaptations to your setting in any way?

These are my thoughts, I hope this helps
