Hi I'm currently stuck on question 2 - identify two standards for each of the different aspects listed below: confidentiality and sharing information, equality and diversity, health and safety, personal development, safeguarding and protection.


I have no idea where to even begin with this question so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi you don't mention which unit this is for so have you been able to ask your setting/workplace for copies of it's policies?

They would provide you with the standards of practice expected in your setting for each of the areas you've listed;

confidentiality and sharing information
equality and diversity
health and safety,
personal development
safeguarding and protection
