Can anyone help me on how to model good behaviour and support to others for children with disabilities and special educational needs?

look at Bandura theory
It considers that people learn from one another such concepts as observational learning, imitation and modelling.
i.e a good role model, staff member has codes of conduct to follow. no smoking, swearing, how they dress, etc
