Im stuck on these final questions too (5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4) - lituraly banging my head against a wall!!

Im basing 5.1 on the Paul Wilson case, where the male care worker abused children in his care and took photographs of the incidents which he shared within a paedophile ring.

The reactions of the public after this came to light:
- Is it acceptable to allow males to care for children?
- How could this have been prevented?

I know its not much, but perhaps this helps a little? Once i know more ill let you know :)
