Hi can anyone help??? on my last assignment and its about special needs.
The question is Describe how statutory guidance in relation to the care and education of babies/children with special needs/or disabilities promotes a right based approach!

Also describe how the expectations of parents/carers should be balanced according to the interests, needs and ability of babies/children.

Any help/guidance would be much appreciated, Thank you!
