3.Ensure plans balance the needs of individual children and the group in settings where this is appropriate

well my setting doesn’t have this system for planning for each individual child....quite weird...so what do i write??? So confused...am gonna go blank soon!!!

I am assuming you do observations on individual children within your setting. so you need to make a plan for 'child A' based on your obs, and plan activities for that child that will encourage them to progress in their development. for example if the child A needs to improve their sissor skills set up an activity that will progress their skills and adapt it also to include others with the group. As child A gets better make the next activity more challenging to encourage progress further.
