Pathway to becoming an assessor ?

What routes have you taken to become an NVQ CCLD assessor and is the level of support throughout the process balanced ?

FEnews and FECareers are 2 links that I have come across after a brief search. If you have more that you think would help potential assessors make informed decisions please post ...

its very simple! the local college or indeed many private providers will train you up the course is called A1 it is an nvq. while training you will assess 2 students under scrutiny and then go it alone. you need to prove your proff knowledge and depth and understanding of the ways to assess. start at the college first.
good luck
