Default Person specification

Hi all,

I have just completed my level 2 STL and now need to start applying for jobs. The trouble is i find the application forms very daunting, especially the person spec! I am really stumped at what i need to write in respect of each of the essential and desirable criteria, can anyone give me some guidance as to how i set about it?

Many thanks in advance

xx

pick 5 of the top specifications and say how you meet them, for example if it says you need to be able to juggle you say i am a skilled juggler who constantly updates my juggling skills.
