Hi, where policies & values support diversity, rights, inclusion & participation words that counter those aims are usually unhelpful, focus on the can'ts rather than solutions, are closed or negative, isolating, insensitive, racist, they might discriminate, be abusive or anti-semetic. Behaviours & actions could be judgemetal, defamatory, disrespectful, prejudice, bias, attitudes that threaten, demean, segregate verbally or through text & image damaging individuals emotionally and maybe physically. This can all potentially deter or prevent parents & children from accessing play opportunities.
