Default Promote resilience and wellbeing

Can someone also point me in the right direction for this one too!

3. (ac 1.3 and 1.4)

Think about the children in your setting. What policies and procedures do you have to:
a) Support children and promote well-being and resilience
b) Work together with parents and carers to support this development

Explain how you think these policies help to promote well-being. Please give examples from your own practice when answering this question.

Thanks
