Coffee Interview nerves?

What was your last interview like?

I was on an interview panel some time ago and it was pretty nerve wracking from that side of the fence, I dread to think what the applicants were feeling like !!

Hi

Most of my interviews have been fairly informal just one-one, i've only ever experienced one which involved a panel there was the head teacher, deputy and a parent Governor, it was so nerve racking and they were firing questions from all angles... I didnt get the job; they said i hadn't come across assertive enough....
It made me think though, i had gone in so ill prepared. Now when im faced with such situations i try to think of what they will ask and have a few ideas bouncing around my head, i also make sure i come across well and confident

I once had an interview where I had to do a presentation to three service users (disabled adults), a team leader and another member of staff then answer 20 questions that they answered me. It was awful, I didn't get the job either.

I hate interviews were you know the person interviewing you, that makes me feel uncomfortable.
