Unit 700 Outcome 4 (Use Signing to Advance Speech, Lang and Communitcation) HELP

Hi I was wondering if anybody could help me with this question:

'Explain the contribution of signing to the provision of an enviroment which values children and young people.'

I cant seem to get my head around the wording of the question and this is my last unit before I complete all my written work for level 2 so I'm desparate to get it done!

Do you sing songs, rhymes, have books with sign language in, have visits from people with hearing impairments or qualified professionals that sign with the children during activities?

You're looking to include how valuable sign language is in making sure all current, and future children are included in your setting's daily routines. It helps make sure everyone has a way to communicate with each other so needs and conversation can be shared freely.
