Default settings with no specific requirements

q. are there any settings for which there are no specific requirements. if so, are there other recommendations or guidelines.

i have thought of two

after school club. so long as the children are over 8 they don't have to register as a child care provider

mother and toddlers . they don't need regulations because the parent/carer stays with the child in the setting

do any of the above need any other guidelines
and can you think of any others

much obliged sian x

both of those have specific requirements CRB and they have to meet health and safety standards, they just dont have to reg as care or education providers they still however have to fall within the law.
