July's Newsletter link errors

Sorry for the errors on the Index quick link menu in this month's newsletter.

The image that is displayed is fck editor which is the 'tool I use to construct the newsletter in .. somehow I've managed to make a mistake on the anchor link urls

there's nothing to worry about but my apologies for the inconvenience.
