Deal with each part separately and aim to write a few hundred words.
So for consistency of care, for example, you can waffle on about how activities in different settings should provide children with an holistic learning and development experience... if they have done baking in nursery in the morning, they might be bored to do it again, so offer alternative experiences such as painting or role play.

also talk about liaising with other processionals e.g speech therapists, specialists, perhaps health visitors, transitions (e,g if they changing rooms, or moving schools), This question is about Other Professional you may need to deal with. It could also be social workers, foster parents, safeguarding officers etc..

Importance of working with other professionals
Hi and welcome to silkysteps, great replies already posted.
To help expand can you use your own experiences, ask to be involved or just ask in your setting? it will give you a greater insight for answering.
To analyse the importance of working with others firstly look at what you feel children should be able to do in life, at the setting, with others.
Do you feel that others would want and view things in the same way?
I feel the outcome, wellbeing and happiness for the child, family and setting are most important.
Analysing the importance of working with others is critical to ensuring the best outcome for the child.
You want to provide the best level of care, support, safe environment, access to activities, access to information as is possible.
You can't do this alone - well, you might, if you have a specially powered cloak, a mask and glow illuminous green once every day
So it is good to surround yourself and your setting with professionals and professional contacts that have the same outlook and want the same, very best outcome for the child and family as you do.
Analysing can be quite formal or routine in how you approach it, you can use the area titles you've been given as criteria, although be careful not to see or use them as tick boxes with knowledge of a situation, experienced or a hypothetical/imagined one you could ask ..
Does working with other professionals/colleagues or external agencies ..
ensure safety
achieve potential
meet individual needs
consistency of care
specific expertise of others
exchange of information
People you may meet booklet
I hope this has helped a little, please enjoy the site xx
