Default HELP!! How to continue my Diploma after a break

Hello, It's been a very long time!

I don't suppose any of you knowledgeable lot would happen to know how I could continue where I left off on my L3 diploma EYE? Has it changed much/at all since 2018? I had one unit or so left to complete when I had to drop out (2020) due to personal reasons and it seems like such a shame to let all of that work go to waste. I've contacted the service provider I used originally and they are looking into it but it's slow. So wondered if anyone here might have any ideas?

TIA
