MU5.4 - help please!

Hiya, I'm stuck on the following assignment from MU5.4, and any help will be appreciated:

MU5.4-2.5: Liaise with different organisations as part of the development or review process of policies and procedures for safeguarding children and young people.

----> I'm in a deputy position/working for a big company, so I'm not someone who would liaise with other organisations on this. What can I do here?
