Default How do you do your planning?

I've just taken over as a manager of a committee run preschool.

I've been out of settings for a couple of years due to having my own child and it seems planning has changed huge amounts since I left!

The preschool currently do all child led activities and it's all planning in the moment. No focused activities, group times or themed planning. There is no daily routine either.

I would like to find a good balance between structure (school readiness) and in the moment.

How do you all do planning?

Thank you!
