Emailing newsletters ?

Who organises sending out any email news/contact information from your group ?

Is it a committee or leader responsibility ?

In our case I do it, we used to have 2 newsletters one from committee and one from us on what we are doing but now combined

Email would be lovely of parents had it, many of mine don't have PC so done in paper form, but we do ask for emails and use those we have.
