I have a question Inductions

Can anyone help me out with these questions please?

Analyse:

• The role induction processes have in supporting others to understand the values, principles and agreed ways of working (policies and procedures) within an organisation.
• The role induction has in safeguarding individuals and others working in an organisation.

Develop and manage an induction programme. Explain how this has been / is being done. What methods are being used to support the practitioners?

write:
• An analysis of the different methods used to support the induction process
• How you supported others in the induction
• How you provided feedback to the practitioner on achieving the induction requirements and the development of a personal development plan was done.
• How feedback was obtained from others and the practitioner on achievement of the induction process

• An explanation of the importance of continuous organisational improvement in the induction provision
• The use of feedback from others in the work setting to identify areas of improvement.
• Plans to implement the changes identified.
