Whoop whoop - yayy Almost done!

I am so pleased with myself! I am one unit off completing my QCF Level 5 in CCLD management! I left Unit 2 CCLD MU 5.2 until last (my choice) its Understand Children and Young Person's development. It is a lot of written work but is something I am very confident in and knew it would help me finish on a high and would keep me going confidently.

I'm doing mine from Wales if there any people doing their from Wales and have any questions, sometime it can be tricky to find out what you need as Wales is of Course CSSIW and not OFSTED also we use the Minimum Standards for Care in Wales. Will of course help with any questions if I can from anyone but if its a question on OFSTED I'd be a bit stuck.

Good luck everyone let me know if I can help, my personal best is Safeguarding and worst is theorists (eek!!)

Hi AnnieEmma,

I'd really like some help with my Level 5 qualification.

I'm struggling with the written work but especially observations.

I had my first observation the other day and my assessor said I'm not really in a role supporting staff. She said most of the observations are 'show how you support' but I don't really know how to do this ...

PLEASE HELP

I have emailed you. Are you doing level 5 management or Advanced Practice?
