Hello, I'm new here in this forum also I'm new to the NVQ Level 2 CCLD Course as I just started the course.

I haven't met my asseser yet but have recieved a Learners Hand Book from my training provider.

So.. how did everyone who did this course find it?

It was a great experiance this web site was fantastic help I finished my l2 in Nov but hope to start my l3 in September .

class tutor and assesor helpful finished most of the work over the weekends and if i was stuck either for ideas or how to put my thoughts in to words the people on this website have been excellent
