The question is asking how as a lead practitioner you manage change. You should have a look at Mary Whalleys book leading in early years practice and Maureen Daly's Management book third or fourth edition. Think about thr role of a senior practitioner/ team leader. How does there job entail change, this could be something like managing the physical environment or allocating key persons to children/ behaviour management/working with outside agencies that kind of thing.... hope this helps.
