how would you find out how good your setting is?

questionnairs
staff/parent meetings
servays
comparing to other settings
ofstead report
talking with the children
montitoring childrens progress

etc

the race relations act 2000,
statistics in area of ethnic mix,age and social class,
number of lone parents,
number of children who are registered disabled,
this type of info helps to c where action is needed to make the children attending more representing of those in the locality.
