Here is what i answered for a similar question...

Our setting's Inclusion policy states that we guarantee that all of our children are offered the best possible learning opportunities and experiences and that we welcome and promote inclusive practices and diversity.
The setting is fully accessible and aims to welcome and include all families who wish to use it. We aim to provide an inclusive environment and curriculum which encourages and enables everybody to participate fully and we work in partnership with parents and other agencies where necessary to support each child's learning. The setting fully complies with the requirements for the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and we have due regard for the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice 2001.
In our setting we are committed to valuing diversity by providing equal opportunity and anti discriminatory practice for all children and families. We aim to provide a secure environment, include and value the contribution of all families to our understanding of equality and diversity, provide positive non-stereotyping information about gender roles, diverse ethnic and cultural groups and people with disabilities. We also attend training courses to Improve our knowledge and understanding of issues of anti discriminatory practise, promoting equality and valuing diversity.

Some of the legislations which relate to equality and inclusion are:
Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001
The Disability Discrimination Act 1995
Race Relations (amendment) Act 2000
