Default 3.2 Affect of own role on service provision.

please can some help I am really stuck not sure what to put

3.2 Affect of own role on service provision

For your role to affect the service you provide is a positive way then here are some of the areas that need to be maintained:

Adhering to policies and procedures

Being a good role model

Meeting children’s needs

Having positive relationships with children/parents/colleagues

Do you feel you carry out your work role effectively?

- Explain why and how you carry out your role effectively.

Do you feel your work role has a positive effect on your childcare setting?

- Explain how you feel your role has a positive effect on your setting.

Thanks You Emma.
