if theres an incident or accident and an over protective set of parents

if a parent doesnt want their son or daughter to dress up as certain things

if parents are continuously late even after being reminded and it means a staff member has to finish late

if one staff member isnt doing their job properly

if there isnt proper communication between other settings/proffecionals and you

if a parent or staff member is prejudice or has certain values-religion and doesnt apprecheate other peoples values.

if one adult has set ideas and wont work within a team

there are 100's all you have to do is think of the situation and say how you would handle it to reduce conflict
