Default hanging autumn

I tied 4 branches together (about 2 foot long each) into a squarey shape.. and threaded garden string across it,let the children thread/tie autumn things on they found on the way to preschool...so we had a variety of leaves and conkers, twigs, acorns, cases etc...we hung it above the windo from the ceiling and it was our bit of inside weather...

I have just started my level 3 and was looking for autumn activities, found this one. I think this is a lovely idea.
Thanks.

We have a lot of trees around our playground and the children are forever picking up leaves and acorns what a lovely way to display them

That sounds like a lovely idea!

We have been using autumn windfall to make outside pictures on a couple of tree stumps.

The children have been inspired by the work of Andy Goldsworthy
