CYPOP 17 is an optional unit and not covered specifically in any of the course handbooks. As such you should expect that your tutor/course provider has the materials to help you to research this.
You will also need to ask your setting which policies relate to safeguarding and working in partnership.

4.1 Evaluate how policies and guidance which inform support services at national level operate at local level
Policies inform staff, are written to comply with legislation and are developed to make sure they're capable of meeting needs.
Have you already identified who your setting works with at a national & local level?
If you have, what does that look like - when do you contact them, why, how, what happens then.
4.4 Explain how the needs of children whose parents and/or carers are users of adult services can be met through collaborative working
Collaborative working:[A] shared commitment, where all partners have a right and an obligation to participate and will be affected equally by the benefits and disadvantages arising from the partnership. (Krayer et al. 2018)
Joint working protocol
It is crucial that all agencies establish a clear framework for supervision, guidance and support. Those supervising staff working with adults should always ask about the care of children in the family and those managing child care cases should always ask about collaboration with adult workers if there are substance or alcohol misuse, mental health or learning disability problems affecting parents.
5.3 .Analyse why practitioners supporting children who are vulnerable and/or experiencing poverty and disadvantage must act as facilitators of change in the work setting

Coaching and facilitation skills respect the status of colleagues and parents, particularly when making any assessment or observations on colleagues work.; staff members should actively seek to develop their personal skills and professional expertise, this includes parent helpers.

Mediator: a person who acts as an intermediary between parties in a dispute.
