Default Whistel bowling

Hiya i know there have been a few posts on this im trying to get my head around what whistel bowling is

Is it when you see another childcare walker in your setting doing somthing to a child thier shouldnt be doing like hiting or mistreating the child?

i jsut need to know what whistel bolwing is before i do this question

Hi, yes you're completely right - it's the way you can let someone else know if you see something happening that you don't think is appropriate. Not just towards the Children though, whistle blowing can be a way to confidentially alert others to anything inappropriate, between anyone ..
