Hi,
Think about the standards you follow when working with children, so depending on the age of the children you are with you may follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS). So here you could explain the revised standards and link in to how you put them in into your everyday practice. Also the Every Child Matters agenda (ECM). If you need to discuss a certain amount of examples, you could also link in the acts such as equality and inclusion, data protection etc.
Just remember to discuss, so describe why you follow and what would happen if you didn't, i.e. non inclusive practice, children not developing, neglect, not doing your duty of care etc.

(Sorry its short and sweet)
Hope this helps
