Help SOS Holistic Chart

Hiyas :)
Well im nearly at the end of my course now but i have the Holistic development chart and the age groups development chart to do by tomorrow ... and im realy stuck on them .
The holistic chart i havent got a clue at all what to put in it! That is what i am having most problems with!
And the development charts spaces are too small, howd i fit everything in lol .. what kinda things shall i write in it?

Sorry if i sound stupid! Iv done everything so far without help but these are just puzzling me! I know i have some other charts i have to do but i cant remember what ones they are, im at work and they are at home, so i will check when i get home and update my post :rotfl:
