Default First Registration Visit

Apologies if this is not the correct forum, just wanted a bit of advice from anyone please? The Ofsted registration visit does not clarify exactly what is required to be in place for the visit simply stating 'not all equipment needs to be in place for the visit'?!. I intend to stipulate that parents should supply their own pushchairs, car seats. Is this an unreasonable request? Also I am loathe to invest heavily at this early stage in case, with the pandemic in mind, I receive no interest. I would be really grateful for any advice from experienced early years providers. Thank you so much
