Smile Bread & Butter Pudding

Gary Rhodes features in this Video cooking Bread & Butter Pudding

A traditional recipe and perfect for encouraging the Children's hand & eye coordination skills and some science aspects.

Spreading butter - Cutting Bread - Layering in sequence - adding/sprinkling on fruits/spices for flavour - mixing and pouring liquid.

Understanding heat is needed to cook the ingredients and change the consistency.

The Video is great for seeing how this activity can be planned out and used in a Preschool cooking session.

Prepared & baked in the morning to eat later maybe or possibly take home a cooked bowl full for their lunch !!
