For 1.3 and 1.4
others refers to
- parents, carers and guardians
- other adults in the school
- professionals external to the school
Ideally, this can be covered by an appraisal given by the Head teacher or other desginated person, or maybe you can request a professional performace assessment?
Other than that, can you think of times where people from these groups have commented about your work? Given suggestions to you, thanked you or that you've shared information with and you've received comments in reply?

Review own teamwork practice to make recommendations for improvement
One important aspect of teamwork is to look at the work of the whole team and decide how effective it is. Team leaders should do this alongside their teams, and it is important as it ensures that working practices are examined regularly in line with any other wider changes which are taking place within the school or college. However, your own responsibilities will also be about looking at and thinking about your own teamwork practice: you may do this as part of an annual appraisal or through your own regular reflection.
