Default a1 help please

hi guys just joined the site and was looking for a bit of help i am half way into my a1 award and am stuck at 4 questions was wondering if anyone can shed some light. thank you much appreciated

How do other people contribute to assessments?

What help might they need?

How will you agree with others when an assessment will take place?

How do you meet the differing needs of candidates.?
