Default presentation for job interview

Hi all, been a while since I lat posted but need some help and advice!
I am level 3 trained in Children’s Care, Learning and Development but I am a bit out of the loop after being at home looking after my daughter for nearly three years. I have an interview for an early years practitioners post in a brand new nursery opening soon. They have asked me to prepare a five minute presentation "that would best describe my ethos and practice for this role". I'm completely lost and don't know where to start. I understand my ethos are my beliefs and feelings on how I believe children should be looked after and taught ie: modelling appropriate language and behaviour, being inclusive and valuing all, parent partnerships/communication etc or am I completely on the wrong track. I'm really worrying and feel physically sick when I think about talking for five minutes. TIA for any help and advice, it will be greatly appreciated :)

Hi, maybe consider how you feel about team work, supporting parents, working with your early years framework (EYFS?) promoting children's rights, equality and diversity?

Does the nursery have a website where you can see the aims they feel most important in publishing, or a prospectus you can use?

Best wishes with the interview xx
