issues around personalised learning schedules

All I can come up with is positives except that they take lots more planning and implementing. Can someone tell me if I am on the right track? IK need to write 1500 words on this

they go against the whole point of personalised learning so not surprised you don't see them. personalised learning is great and our current practice so how on earth can it be scheduled? children don't conquer a skill to schedule they don't enjoy things for a along as we think they should so the schedule should be based on their needs and they change daily. you could write about the eyfs unique child and of course the needs of the child observation etc but in favour of it i don't think you'll find anything , take away the schedule word and its a great thing!
