Help SOS please help!!!!! 303.3 ???????

stuck on this one unsure what to write, or should i do up a plan for an individual child?????

303.3 plan provision for individual children based on your assessment of their developmental progress and reflection.

cant you just show your assessor a childs learning journey with observations and next steps in?

I would show my assessor a journal ( bearing in mind of any confidential records) or write up a plan using "child A" or rather than the name....make observations and then plan then evaluate..good luck :)

i just did this i wote along the lines of. At my setting we make obs of individual children to find out about their likes dislikes from this we plan a next step and include the activity into are weekly planning so a next step would be child A likes to splash his hands in water so i have planned a water activity for him to do to teach him to pour water from container to container.
