Help SOS help 401

be very grateful for some help, my assessor has asked me to write reflective account on 401.2 pcs clearly define and agree role and responsibilities and those of other professionals, i have answered this in knowledge explaining about induction etc job description but need to do a ra and confused!!Aswell as agree common objectives and ways of communicating with other professionals and respect these boundaries. Can anyone shed any light on the angle i should be taking this as a reflective account thanks in advance. Feel fed up with it at the mo this is my first unit and felt i had wrote loads to now have to repeat things in different context its totally baffled me.

NVQ4 is all about reflecting and improving on your practice. Have a good think about your dealings with other professionals who may visit your group. For instance have any of your key children been involved with speech therapy. If so you could write about how you recognised they had a problem and what you did to get it acknowledged by your Manager or SENCO and how you worked with the speech and language therapist to work with the child and family in order for the child to make progress. Then you could write how you think you could improve what you did for next time.

Hope that makes sense

What outside professionals visit your setting, advisory teachers, SENCOs, Early Years advisors, environmental health officers, ofsted inspectors, social services, etc
I wrote a list of all the outside professionals that may visit the setting, their roles and my interaction with them, eg had I emailed, phoned, written to them or had a meeting.
Hope this is of help

I've also found that I am repeating myself a lot, but I find it gets quite muddled when I keep cross-referencing. Good luck
