Stuck on this question and just keep reading it again and again. Feels like I've answered this many times already!!!
Explain how the processes used by own work setting or service comply with legislation that covers data protection, information handling and sharing.

Hi, consider how all the information that your setting collects is used, how/where it's stored, who has access to it, when and why it would be shared with others & how long it's kept/handled.

Complying with legislation means a workplace's policies and procedures reflect the 8 data protection principles and the requirements of your early years framework.
