Default Could anyone help with any of these boundary questions please working with YOUNG PEOPLE

1. A member of staff is buying gifts for a young person out of their own money. What should you do and why?
2. You have been added to a Watts app group which include other staff members, however the content of the conversations are inappropriate and contain insults to young people we currently care for. What would you do and why?
3. A particularly opinionated member of staff is talking out loud in a derogatory fashion about the company and the current management team. What would you do and why?
4. A young person is approached by a someone you are sat next to on the beach. The conversation is about alcohol and has offered some free wine to the staff and the young person. What would you do? Later on the same people invite the young person to their beach party. How would you handle this scenario and why?
5. An ex member of staff has turned up at a package and has asked to see the young person. What would you do and why?
6. A member of staff has been letting a young person access their own personal internet hot spot. What would you do and why?
7. A young person has turned up clutching a bottle of vodka and is telling staff that they intend to drink it. How would you handle this incident and why?
8. A young person has gone missing from the package you are working at. Please explain what you would do and in what order you would do it and why?
9. A member of staff has come to you saying a different member of staff has acted inappropriately towards them. What would you do and why?
10. A young person has accessed some inappropriate material on line and you have seen this. What would you do and why?
