Default eymp1 1.3 explain why eyfs emphases a personal and individual approach to learning development

so far i wrote
keep children motivated
because the children develop quicker in some areas than others
tailor it to their interests

the question is WHY does the eyes emphasise an individual approach not how, so last one is off track the other two ok. but you need to think about how children learn? do they learn if they're bored? do they learn in groups? do they learn because we plan?
