Help SOS advice please

Hi i really need some advice, i passed my CYPW level three last year.
But finding it so hard to get a job because i havn't had any real experience of planning etc. I dont know how you are supposed to progress without an employer giving you the chance to.
Has anyone got any ideas ,I have done some courses and other things to keep myself refreshed . I have had to take a job as a play worker at the moment because that's the only job i could get .
Really disappointed because I feel I am going to forget every thing , its been a year now. PLEASE HELP XX
