Default Primary Developmental Area

Hello, I have just started my level 2 and I am stuck somehow... Hopefully someone is very kind and point me in the right direction... For each of the following, popular afterschool and holiday playscheme opportunities indicate the primary developmental area and the secondary one if applicable. Explain why you feel it does meet that area of development, as well. Finally add at lest 2 of your own...

Parachute games
Building lego models
Den making
Acting out X-Factor or Strictly come dance
Pole play - Mum's and Children
Own opportunities:

Hope someone can help me PLEASE!!!! Thank you so much!!!

lol :) welcome to the site.

Physically it also takes a lot of muscular exercise and whole body coordination to operate a parachute xx physical exercise guidelines from DoH help to show what's recommended for different age groups

The developing child: http://www.pearsonschoolsandfecolleg...ections1-3.pdf

Understanding children's development: http://www.pearsonschoolsandfecolleg...20Unit%201.pdf

If you work or have an Early Years placement in England it's good to get to grips with the areas of learning found in the home nation's framework - for England it's currently EYFS 2012 this has an associated document - development matters which you might find useful

Best wishes xx

HAHAHA i can just imagine! esp when you said mums and children thats funny. yes good ideas but in that list i would think it is more about gross motor skills rather than that.
they prob want you to cover them all so prob physical but include that cos its a good answer
