Unit 331 Outcome 3.2

Hi everyone, i'm very new to this site!
I'm wondering if anyone can help me as I can't seem to work out what the difference is between Unit 331 Outcome 3.2 and Outcomes 2.1 and 2.2

They seem to be asking the same thing?! Not sure how I can avoid writing the same thing!
