Default Help:)

Hi everyone, this is a silly question , but here goes anyway.
I've always done individual observations as opposed to group ones, that's what our manager prefers ,as she thinks it doesn't pick up on the individual needs of children enough?
Can you tell me please how a group observation is done with the same learning outcome for children and still get their needs met individually.
Surley you jot all children's names dwn and comment on what they know and what they need support with , so there fore your still jotting them down individually and getting their needs met ? Or am I wrong , if not please tell me as this how I thought group observation were done x:jump:
