This is a reviewed format of the Frill Drill Information sheet we used to use to monitor & evaluate drill practices (& real ones if necessary
!!)
Again it is only a basic idea ~ adapt it to suit your own setting ... we kept ours in the register (with reference to it in the Operational plan
) if any one can add or supply other ways to record this information ...
