Hi, when procedures are implemented/put in place and everyone knows what they are and how to comply with them, injuries are less likely to occur as risks are recognised and dealt with before they cause damage and where this isn't the case the actions/procedures taken after an injury mean it should be prevented from happening again.
Use the policy and procedure from your setting to see what's involved with preventing injuries there.
